I would like to say I was a bit worry because I have some bad experience. I have mostly bought my large machinery from Italy. When we receive this cooking mixer machine unit and unboxed it. First thing I notice was the stainless steel work is excellent. Today, we have the electrician to wire it and when he opened the side panel – I can see the electrical wiring is very professional done and extremely tidy/noted as well.
This is enough for me to know this company has a proper QA in place.
